Abstract
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has outlined plans to bring the social network's messaging services together. This would mean users could communicate across Facebook owned-apps like WhatsApp and Instagram. A user on WhatsApp, for example, could message another user on Facebook messenger. This move would strengthen Facebook's grip on the world of messaging, and it's already raising some anti-trust questions. For a look into that, KCBS Anchor Melissa Culross spoke with Samuel Weinstein, an assistant professor at Cardozo School of Law.
