Abstract
Shared print retention programs are faced with the challenge of managing large data sets and creating data visualizations for analysis and retention models. This panel will discuss tools used by 4 shared print retention programs – the HathiTrust Shared Print Program, the Eastern Academic Scholars’ Trust (EAST), the Western Regional Storage Trust (WEST), and the Colorado Alliance of Research Libraries (CARL) Shared Print Trust. Tools covered: local/existing database, AGUA, Gold Rush and Green Glass.
