About Ryan K. Baggett

Ryan Baggett is an Assistant Professor of Homeland Security at Eastern Kentucky University's College of Justice and Safety. Following three years at a University Police Department, Baggett began his eleven year tenure at the Justice and Safety Center at EKU. In this capacity, Baggett worked on and subsequently led several projects and programs from the United States Department of Justice and the United States Department of Homeland Security. Baggett's research interests include homeland security technology, distance learning, training effectiveness, and critical infrastructure protection.
