About Ruth Mosher, D.N.P., R.N.

Dr. Mosher's professional nursing career began as an AD graduate of Miami University, Middletown campus.  After five years of nursing, she continued to work full-time, and returned to Miami part-time, earning a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a social work minor. In 2014, she completed her master's in nursing education from Indiana Wesleyan University, and in the summer of 2021, she completed a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) in Healthcare Systems Leadership through Chamberlain University.

God has provided various nursing roles and opportunities over the years, 37 years with Kettering Health, 18 years every weekend. She taught nursing, primarily clinical instruction at Kettering College year-round from 2015-2019, and in 2019 she joined the Cedarville School of Nursing team as an adjunct clinical nursing instructor through the summer of 2021. Dr. Mosher is married and has two wonderful sons whom she homeschooled throughout their school career and who now attend Cedarville University.

Dr. Mosher is a member of Keystone Church in Kettering and serves as the Health Ministry leader, in women's ministries, in the food pantry, and teaches Sunday School for three-five year-olds once a month.
