Rosie Liljenquist is the publishing and open access librarian at William & Mary. She earned her MSc in Information Management and Preservation from the University of Glasgow in 2012. She happily proclaims that she has worked in every single library department, both public and academic -- including IT, e-resources, special collections, archives, digital initiatives, scholarly communications, circulation, and reference. Her research interests include ethics in scholarly publishing; the history of intellectual property; library instruction; and including C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and G.K. Chesterton in everyday conversations.
