Prior to obtaining his doctorate, Dr. Mau worked as a project manager/geotechnical engineer for Terracon, an Engineering News Record Top 100 Design Firm. As a consulting engineer, Dr. Mau worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from residential developments, retail/shopping centers, industrial sites, and infrastructure projects.
Memberships and Credentials
Consistent with his interest in sports and economics, Dr. Mau is a member of NAASE, North American Association of Sports Economists. Dr. Mau is also a member of the Southern Finance Association.
