Abstract

We Present a Dip Testing Setup, Which Employs a Copper Mold Instrumented with High Resolution Distributed Fiber-Optic Sensors, to Precisely Map Closely Spaced Thermal Features that Are Imparted to the Mold during Steel Shell Solidification.
