Politics Professor Ron Ahnen appeared on the KTVU Mornings on 2 Saturday edition on March 16 to discuss Gov. Gavin Newsom’s moratorium on California's death penalty. The executive action, issued on March 13, 2019, suspended executions in the state while Newsom is governor.
