Covid-19 has placed a strain on the well-being of educators everywhere. While there has been considerable concern for students, school and college administrators also need to focus on the well-being of their faculty and staff. This presentation will examine practical examples of policies and plans that school leaders can implement, that will effectively address the immediate needs of faculty and staff operating in a pandemic.
