Dr. Rochell McWhorter is currently an Associate Professor of Human Resource Development at The University of Texas at Tyler. Her long-term research agenda includes the study of scenario planning as the development of leadership capability and capacity within virtual environments for the purpose of preparing organizations for times of uncertainty.
