About Robin Hands

Robin E. Hands, Ed.D. is the Director of Clinical Practice at the Farrington College of Education, Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, CT and was promoted to Clinical Professor by the SHU Board of Trustees March 17, 2023. She began her education career as an elementary school teacher. Eventually, she became an elementary school principal, held adjunct positions at several Vermont Universities, was a program supervisor for the University of MA, where she also received her doctorate. Directly before coming to Sacred Heart University, she spent eleven years as the Director of School-University Partnerships at the University of Connecticut’s Neag School of Education.
