About Robert Miller

Professor Miller is the Willard H. Pedrick Distinguished Research Scholar at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He is also the
Faculty Director of the Rosette LLP American Indian Economic Development Program, the Chief Justice of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe Court of Appeals, and sits on other tribal courts of appeal. He is an enrolled citizen of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe. He has written two books and co-authored two other books. He has posted over 60 articles and books chapters on http://ssrn.com/author=354803
