About Robert Berry

Robert Berry, the Patent and Trademark Resource Center representative at the Ryan-Matura Library, has been selected as the 27th Patent and Trademark Resource Center Program (PTRCP) Fellow. He will serve in this position at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia from September 29, 2014 through September 2015, when he will return to Sacred Heart University.
Robert Berry is a research librarian and subject specialist at Sacred Heart University. He teaches courses in Information Literacy for undergraduates. He has also taught a course as an adjunct instructor at Southern Connecticut State University entitled Legal Bibliography and Libraries. Rob previously served as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department’s Tort Division, Special Litigation Unit. Rob defended personal injury cases, primarily Jones Act and lead exposure cases.
