My research investigates how electronic tools are and can be used to enhance health and health care. This involves the growing use of websites, mobile apps, and wearable technologies that inform people about their health and healthcare, while shaping how health and clinical decisions are made. My research also examines the various ways whereby economic, social, cultural resources shape health, wellness, and the management of health conditions.
