Mr. Ughetta has over 20 years of experience practicing Captial Markets law. Rob Ughetta has established himself as a leading mind in the areas of debt and opportunity funds, secured lending and a variety types of innovative financing. Mr. Ughetta represents clients that include investment and commercial banks, trustees, collateral managers as well as fund managers.
Rob Ughetta co-authored "The Vlocker Rule's Impact on Banking Entities' Ownership and Sponsorship of Structured Finance and Securitization Transactions and "Reproposed Credit Risk Retention Requirements for Asset-Backed Securities Transactions."
