A Criterion for Analyses of Interpersonal Perception

Abstract

This paper explores the difference in analyses of interpersonal perception and provides a criterion. Interpersonal perception refers to a judge predicting a criterion: the responses of an object to a number of variables. This rating is then compared with the object's self-rating. Three major classes of judge error are examined.
