Richard A.C. Alton, Esq. maintains an interest in historical international legal research, and is seeking to establish himself as an authority on international legal history. He is a practicing attorney in the fields of Immigration and International Law and serves as an Assistant Professor of Business Law and Western Civilization. He received his B.A. in History from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and his J.D. and a Certificate in International Law from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, FL.
