About Richard H. Jonsen

Currently I am researching employee community experience as a mediator of the relationship between high involvement work practices and organizational citizenship behavior. Early research in community psychology suggests a relationship between human resource management systems and psychological sense of community in organizations. This study extends earlier research into the strategic human resource management literature (SHRM), introducing community experience and its antecedents as social mediators in the SHRM "black box."
