Abstract
The author offers a decision matrix based on two fundamental questions: "Can we do it?" and "Should we do it?"

The purpose of the article is to share the author's experience as a corporate learning leader, consultant, and academic manager. The intent is to help leaders determine whether an idea is feasible and valuable (or not).
