About riccardo fiorito

Economist and consultant on macroeconomic policy and forecasting issues for several agencies and research centers. Professor of Economics at the University of Siena (1990-2012). Working on inventory models I have been in the Executive Committee of ISIR Budapest.
Overall, my research involved quantitative macroeconomics and economic policy, mostly dealing with labor market, econometric modeling, business cycle and fiscal policy. I developed the first econometric model for the Italian Treasury where I was an advisor (1995-2001). As a visiting professor, I have been teaching at Wesleyan University (1989), at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1990), and at the University of Paris12 (2006). More details available in the CV.
