Renee’s career began in the healthcare field as a staff Respiratory Therapist.  After she became a respiratory therapist, she was employed by a large hospital system in Fargo, North Dakota as a clinician/outreach educator, and as a member of the flight team for The Children’s Hospital.  In her last year with the hospital system, she was employed as a Market Strategist for the administrative team.   While in Fargo, she also finished her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in healthcare administration.

When Renee relocated to Denver, she was employed as a clinical liaison for a Long-term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), worked in hospital and homecare administration, and was respiratory therapy program director for a private school.  In 2005, she moved to the Kansas City area and worked as a clinician at a metro hospital, and later as program director at Johnson County Community College for the Respiratory Care and Neurodiagnostic Technology Programs from 2009-2020.  She completed her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership in 2016.

Renee moved to the Minnesota in 2020 to direct the Saint Catherine Respiratory Care Program.   She grew up in Minnesota and is grateful to once again be close to family and lifelong friends.   In her spare time Renee loves the performing arts, international travel, animals, and golfing.
