Abstract
Now in its sixth year, the New England Science Boot Camp (SBC) for Librarians serves as a model of how a group of librarians from diverse institutions recognized a shared need for affordable continuing education in the sciences and banded together to create a regional Science Boot Camp. During this panel discussion, members of the SBC planning group describe SBC, the feedback they’ve received from boot camp attendees over the past five years, lessons they’ve learned along the way, and how these lessons have been reflected in subsequent boot camps.
