Abstract
What’s a guardianship/conservatorship and how can a leading star in the music business be under a court order that doesn’t let her make personal and financial decisions for herself? This panel focuses on the case of Britney Spears, its implications for disability rights, and the questions it raises about artists’ control over their work.
