Abstract

The introduction of the Intellectual Property Bill is a response to the Hargreaves Report to reform the current intellectual property framework in UK with the aim of simplifying and improving intellectual property in two main areas. Namely, design, patent and copyright law. In this article, the author will consider some of these changes are and analyse how this is likely to affect the current intellectual property framework.
