L&D Courageous Conversation: Treating people with disabilities respectfully

Abstract
People tend to make a negative stigma around people with disabilities. Overall around the world, people with disabilities are treated differently because of their disability. Sometimes people don’t understand how to react upon these encounters, and sometimes there are issues that are created. We should all know going forward that disablied people are no different than people without disabilities, so we should treat everyone with respect!
