A brief history on the genesis of a faculty-designed Faculty Learning Community (FLC), Making Learning Visible, on one Northwest campus, will set the stage for a shared dialogue of possibilities. A view through the eyes of faculty members involved in the evolution of this community of learners will be shared. Engaging participants as a "think tank," we will collaboratively design a learning community template for creating a campus culture of sustained excellence.
