About Ralph Quinones

Ralph Quiñones is a marketing and business law professor with an expertise in business law application and cases, the legal environment of business, and marketing law. In 1991, he designed and introduced the College of Business Administration’s Marketing Law course which is currently an integral part of the business curriculum. Prior to joining LMU in 1986, Quiñones handled franchise fraud cases at the law offices of Gibson & Laun in Madison, Wisconsin, and worked in the Office of Operations for the Mayor of New York City. He also taught at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh for four years.
In his 28 years at LMU, Quiñones has received a total of 19 teaching awards, including 11 College of Business Administration Professor of the Year Awards, six Order of Omega Outstanding Professor Awards, one Beta Gamma Sigma Professor of the Year Award, and one Delta Sigma Pi Professor of the Year Award. In 2012, Quiñones was invited for inclusion in The Princeton Review’s Best Professors publication. Also in 2012, Quinones was an Honorary Faculty Inductee into Alpha Sigma Nu, the highly prestigious Jesuit Honor Society. In Fall 2013, he was selected to serve as the first Honors Faculty Fellow in LMU's Honors Program. He is also a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and the American Marketing Association.
