Abstract
The major promise of the 2009 National Partnership Agreement on the Digital Education Revolution (DER) was “sustained and meaningful change in the way teaching and learning are delivered in Australian secondary schools.” In the light of the claim of one highly respected revolutionary that “the Digital Education Revolution has delivered a real transformation” (Arthur, 2013) this article considers how the DER has changed Australia both during the revolution and since its demise in 2013.
