Abstract

Our research assessed the impact of self-compassion training in improving self-compassion and decreasing self-criticism among physical therapy and occupational therapy students. We found that self-compassion training during entry-level education of healthcare students may be important to support the educational journey and the development of self-compassion skills for future healthcare professionals.
