Philomena Morrissey Satre brings 33 years of experience leading in corporations, community nonprofits, and a co-op. She currently serves as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and External Strategic Partnerships at Land O’Lakes. A highlight of her career includes being asked to co-lead the Twin Cities Diversity and Inclusion Roundtable. Philomena is an MAOL graduate and has taught Leading Organizational Change for seven years, with the goal of supporting students to apply their class-based learning to the workplace. She loves the strategic pillars of the program and embraces the importance of being an ethical, enduring, and effective leader. She also enjoys meeting students from a broad range of organizations who keenly want to make a difference!
