About Phillip R. Mulligan

Dr. Phillip Mulligan is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He joined Missouri S&T as Assistant Research Professor in the Geosciences and Geological and Petroleum Engineering department in August 2018 and transferred to MAE in August 2021. Dr. Mulligan received a B.S. degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Explosives Engineering from Missouri S&T. Dr. Mulligan was an Explosives Engineer at Corvid Technologies from 2013 to 2016 and has been president of Dagaz Technologies since 2016.

Dr. Mulligan's research focuses on explosives engineering, force protection, virtual reality and weapon design.
