Begun in 2009, The Pressbengel Project blog uses Ernst Collin's Der Pressbengel, a 1922 dialogue between a bibliophile and bookbinder about the trade and art of bookbinding as a starting point for further discussions of the the German bookbinding tradition and literature, primarily during the first half of the 20th century. The site is also used for reports of my personal binding projects and related topics of interest.
