Abstract

The article discusses the ideal exercise technique for the pull-up. Topics include a description of the pull-up and its benefits, the phases of the exercise, and pull-up variations. Also mentioned are combining different pull-up sets, the muscles used when performing pull-ups, and ways on how to make them more challenging.
