AbstractCharting of Shouldstatements is explored: while parliamentary procedure guides delegates at a constitutional assembly, who, in ordered discourse will tease out goodness, right and duty statements, the delegates could, on the voicing of any proposal, generate twelve statements by resort to a routine which deploys grammatically correct sentences.
