This commentary identifies the range of events that took place during the composition festival, which took place at Mahidol University College of Music, 9-14 July 2012. Composition master classes, a composition competition, and multiple recitals and concerts by soloists, chamber groups, and large ensembles were among the highlights of the festival. Brief interviews with composers and a conductor provide individual perspectives on various highlights of the festival.
