About Pennie S. Seibert

Dr. Pennie Seibert received her Ph.D. in experimental neuroscience from the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque in 1990, and joined the faculty of the Department of Psychology at Boise State University later that year. In addition to teaching, Dr. Seibert serves as chief research scientist for Physician Research Services at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, a collaborative project with Boise State University. She is active in numerous professional organizations including Sleep Research Society, American Telemedicine Association, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, International Brain Injury Association, and the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association where she served as president elect, president, and past president from 2009-2011.
