Professor Lund's article, Federally Chartered Corporations and Federal Jurisdiction, 36 Fla. St. U. L. Rev. 317, 332 (2009), was cited in the Analysis portion of this opinion stating 28 U.S.C. § 1332(c) does not apply to federal credit unions.
