Dr. Paul Gallagher received a BA from the University of Minnesota in 1972. He received an MS in 1975 and a PhD in 1983, both from the University of Minnesota. In August 1989, he received the award of Outstanding Journal Article from the American Agricultural Economics Association. He was in the Marquis Who's Who printings of Who's Who in America in the 2001 and the 2013 editions.
