Trade mark law and practice in Indonesia

Recently the Indonesian government has engaged in comprehensive reform of its industrial and intellectual property laws. Indonesia has reformed the law of trade marks to bring it into line with its obligations under the TRIPs Agreement. This article reviews the new law and the defects it might remedy. Is Indonesia ready for TRJPs?
