Abstract
This one-hour session deals with selected issues and current developments in real property law. It will highlight state and federal cases dealing with real estate law. In addition, it will focus on legislative and regulatory changes in real property law of interest to the general practitioner. Professor Hetrick will discuss the "federalization" of American law in general and, surprisingly, of real property law.
