About Patricia Grace-Farfaglia, PhD, RDN

Patricia Grace-Farfaglia, Ph.D. completed her doctoral studies in health and wellness promotion at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and adjunct lecturer of nutritional sciences at the University of Connecticut. She has conducted research on the wellness orientation of dietitians and how this impacts dietetic practice and lifestyle, cross-cultural digital communication, nutritional management for celiac disease, and beliefs about adiposity-based disease risk. Dr. Grace-Farfaglia is particularly interested in the effects of genomics on lifestyle and health outcomes, as well as integrating the genomic paradigm into health promotion.
