About Panos Constantinides

Panos Constantinides is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and PhD coordinator for Information Systems and Management at the Warwick Business School. Previously, he held positions at Lancaster University's Management School (LUMS), and the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, where he also earned his PhD. 

He currently serves as an Associated Editor of MIS Quarterly and a guest Senior Editor for Information Systems Research on a special issue on digital infrastructures and platforms. Since 2010, he has also served as an Associate Editor for the International Conference of Information Systems and the annual meeting of the Academy of Management, in the Organizational, Communication & Information Systems (OCIS) division.

His research focuses on the design and governance of digital infrastructures and platforms and the associated challenges of collective action. He is particularly interested in the framing strategies of different actors as they try to address business and social problems with technology. More recently he has developed an interest in smart city solutions and digital entrepreneurship for urban development.
