About Pankaj B Pathare

Dr Pankaj B. Pathare graduated with a B. Tech. degree (Agricultural Engineering) from Dr. PDKV, Akola (India) in 2001. He later joined MPUAT, Udaipur (India) for M.Eng. (Process & Food Engineering) & received the GATE fellowship (Govt. of India) for a Masters programme. During his Masters, he worked on infrared convective drying of onion. In 2010, he was awarded a PhD (Process & Chemical Engineering) for research on optimization and process development for breakfast cereal using different wet granulation and pneumatic conveying processes from the University College Cork (Ireland) funded by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Ireland).His research work is published in peer reviewed journals. He has a professional membership of Indian Society Agricultural Engineers, Association of Food Scientists & Technologist (India) & Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) (UK).
