About Olga Goulko

Dr. Olga Goulko joined Boise State University in the fall of 2018 and is currently an assistant professor with the Department of Physics. She received her Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and her Master of Advanced Study (Part III of the Mathematical Tripos) from the University of Cambridge. Following her Ph.D., she was a postdoctoral researcher at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, and at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to coming to Boise State, Dr. Goulko held a postdoctoral fellowship at Tel Aviv University. Her research spans the areas of quantum many-body physics, condensed matter theory, and statistical mechanics, with a particular interest in quantitative, controlled studies of strongly correlated fermions and their application to real materials.
