AbstractInformation is constantly at our fingertips with personal internet devices providing seamless and easy access to information, from sources as diverse as Twitter, online news outlets, and library resources, with the touch of a finger or the click of a button. Presenters will discuss Linda Elder and Richard Paul’s Intellectual Standards, focusing on how librarians at EKU Libraries and The Noel Studio for Academic Creativity adapted the Intellectual Standards to teach information literacy skills that follow students from the classroom to the workplace and beyond. Presenters will also model a class session using the techniques discussed and share tips for modifying this method for your audience.
