About Nicole C. Jackson

Nicole C. Jackson is an Associate Professor of Management in the Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University. She is also the MBA Program Director. She is an educator, researcher and industry professional. She is experienced in HR redesign and alignment, digital transformation and organizational ambidexterity. Her research is published in several peer reviewed journals such as Organization Management Journal, Strategic Management Quarterly, and Business Horizons. She has also presented on ambidexterity continuity and challenges and domestic and international program evaluation practices. Dr. Jackson is an active reviewer for several journals including Journal of Management Education, Journal of Management, and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. Prior to academia, she worked as a business process improvement and change management consultant and HR training manager.
