“El artículo comenta el fallo “Pariani, Noemi Mabel c/ Arcore, Ellida Noemi y otros” que advierte sobre la imperiosa necesidad de contar con el asentimiento conyugal exigido por el art. 1277 del Código Civil (hoy reemplazado por el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación) para celebrar un leasing sobre un bien ganancial registrable”
