Se explica los aspectos generales del leasing inmobiliario, su naturaleza de operación financiera diferente de la locación y la compraventa, y las principales conclusiones que emergen del fallo bajo examen.”

Jorvis S.A.”, that deals with the key point in relation with real estate leasing: the jurisdiction competent to understand in the executive action. The article explains the general aspects of real estate leasing, its nature of financial operation different from the location and the sale and purchase, and the conclusions from the case under examination. ”
