Place as Panarchy: Transformation, Ecological Identity, Environmental, and Indigenous Education

Abstract
This presentation illuminates the interrelationships of complexity theory, indigenous pedagogy, and transformation in relation to education, activism, and place. Using engaging activities and interactive multi-media, we will model and explore how place-based education resembles a panarchical system of adaptive change.
