Abstract

The following work illustrates various facets of the Birth Order Type Habits (BOTH) model insofar as describing the model, how the model is presented, and how it has helped participants in personal and professional capacities. In an attempt to identify the specific areas participants have been positively influenced by the BOTH model presentation, this work has surveyed more than two hundred post-presentation evaluations and portfolios. The insightful words and experiences of the training participants have led to three overarching outcomes: better teamwork, stronger leadership, and more effective people/task management. This work also suggests further research to more precisely quantify long-term benefits of the BOTH model.
